After struggling with being overweight for most of her life, Terri lost 70 pounds and maintained that loss for 18 years. Dedicated to health and fitness, she became a personal trainer and opened her own business. Read the label and follow directions.     For John & Mary Ann Simpson, Losing Means WINning   Some say, when you’re married, it’s easier to lose weight together than by yourself.   John and Mary Ann Simpson will never know the difference because they did it together!   As two of WIN’s inaugural senior directors, John and Mary Ann were among the first to sample BIOLEAN® and PHD™ in late 1992. For Mary Ann, the culprits of her weight gain had been her love of food coupled with the after-effects of child birth.   “It seems like after I had our children, I just kept getting bigger and bigger,” recalls Mary Ann, a WIN Regent from Newark, Delaware. “And I really didn’t gain it all over.
